You could offer cheaper tickets during these hours, encouraging passengers to choose more eco-friendly flights based on fuel efficient routes, altitude and time slots.

Long time ago SAS had a shared limousine service in Sweden. For a resonable price, a stretched Volvo picked you up, and a few more passengers.

When I am flexible for when to fly, I would be open to SAS selecting the actual flight, getting to fewer, fuller flights.
