On your flights, start sharing how much of that flight is powered by biofuel purchased by customers flying.

Allow lounge guests to opt-out of onboard service and bring their meal and drink to the aircraft

Make flight space available for package distributors ex. DHL for a fee. Might save their flight and truck if packages can go with regular airplanes.

Create an ability to share a seat in your car with other passengers on the flight. It's better than everyone riding their car.

Separate the salt and pepper from the rest of the table set. Way too often it's just thrown away.

Instead of "I don't want to earn any points on this trip", make the customer choose between earning points or donating points to charity
