In a week/ some days before a flight, do sell “stand by tickets”, to a cost of approx. Euro 50 in Europa, Euro 200 intercontinental, , to increase the cabin factor.

Include 1 free unit of biofuel per booked flight, for passengers that have reached Conscious Traveller status.

When the crew collects trash before landing, why not make separate rounds for collecting, cans, plastic cups, paper, etc instead of collecting all trash in the same bin.
