For trips to south EU stop offering solutions through ARN only through CPH like GOT - CDG should only be offered GOT - CPH - CDG. Increase fligths GOT-CPH

Possibility to book and pay a trip with a certain mileage accrual, tell SAS that you do not want to fly the trip and receive the miles and segments even without flying.
