Stop serving food/snacks/drinks on the shortest flights and instead implement grab and go lounges. Saves weight and can give customers greater choice.

SAS should incentivize off-peak flights. Lower ticket prices on empty aircraft will reduce peak demand and the emissions caused by congestion and delays.

I would like to see when booking every flights average flight booking. I prefer to support and book flights that are as fully booked as possible to minimize my footprint.

At check-in and at kiosk ask if they really need paper boarding card or can use SAS app instead.
