Do NOT introduce business class with free middle Seat instead of SAS plus service. This is a mile step backwards as planes take fewer passengers.

Meals included in the ticket fare are by default vegan (should be cheaper for SAS) and if meat dish is desired then it is a special order at an additional cost.

Make it possible to recycle (plastic, Pet and paper) on the flight and directly after landing.

Donate unused food and beverages after flights and try to get closer to zero food waste.
