Long time ago SAS had a shared limousine service in Sweden. For a resonable price, a stretched Volvo picked you up, and a few more passengers.

Introduce a "minimal comfort" seating class with basic amenities and reduced seat recline, allowing more passengers per flight and lowering per-person emissions.

When the crew collects trash before landing, why not make separate rounds for collecting, cans, plastic cups, paper, etc instead of collecting all trash in the same bin.

No butter standard on the tray - Served with bread only. No sugar nor milk standard on the tray - Served together with tea/coffee only. Salt and Pepper - Ask to get!
