Ask gold members how much luggage they plan to bring to plan for correct weights. A lot of business travels include 3 checked bags but the majority flies with handluggage

Sometimes we don't need the cream and toothbrush; sometimes a pair of socks is sufficient. Being able to customize the amenity kits in advance reduces waste.

Do not introduce Business class on intra-european flights. Plus is fair enough and very valuable for short flights and have a human price (like Norwegian and Ryanair).
