Possibility to add transportation ticket to airport when buying a ticket from the Scandinavia's big cities. For example airport express train or flybus.

At check-in and at kiosk ask if they really need paper boarding card or can use SAS app instead.

Find ways to allow tax-free purchases to be done in departing airport and to be picked up at the airport were I land. It could save a lot of weigh/fuel.
