Long time ago SAS had a shared limousine service in Sweden. For a resonable price, a stretched Volvo picked you up, and a few more passengers.

Voluntary fee of 5 cent/mile that goes to research and developement all electrical passenger airplanes. The aircompany gives another 5 cent per same miles.

Almost all passengers have their own phones/pads these days. Keep them connected with *good* wifi and IFE wont be needed, massive weight savings.
