No butter standard on the tray - Served with bread only. No sugar nor milk standard on the tray - Served together with tea/coffee only. Salt and Pepper - Ask to get!

Almost all passengers have their own phones/pads these days. Keep them connected with *good* wifi and IFE wont be needed, massive weight savings.

Find ways to allow tax-free purchases to be done in departing airport and to be picked up at the airport were I land. It could save a lot of weigh/fuel.

Make the app as lightweight as possible. Remove images, animations and leave only the bare necessities. This saves data transfer and storage - which in turn saves energy.
