Send electronic ticket together with general flight information when sending e-mails to customers. This will cut the sent e-mail number and reduse server energy usage.

When the crew collects trash before landing, why not make separate rounds for collecting, cans, plastic cups, paper, etc instead of collecting all trash in the same bin.

In Scandi all tap water is great. Sell SAS water bottles onboard which are made to be reused = able to buy for points, pre-order as well. And then load tap water onboard.
