SAS should incentivize off-peak flights. Lower ticket prices on empty aircraft will reduce peak demand and the emissions caused by congestion and delays.

For trips to south EU stop offering solutions through ARN only through CPH like GOT - CDG should only be offered GOT - CPH - CDG. Increase fligths GOT-CPH

When the crew collects trash before landing, why not make separate rounds for collecting, cans, plastic cups, paper, etc instead of collecting all trash in the same bin.

Reduce the amount of items on meal trays. Stock to the main and a piece of bread or a salad. No need for all these extra individually wrapped items, dessert etc.
