To increase loadfactor, sell standby memberships to youth passengers who are by nature more flexible. Stable revenue for SAS, increased load factor, more youth mobility.

Get rid of distributed amenity kits in premium classes long-haul. Instead have baskets passengers can choose from. Will reduce waste and weight.

Flying with free cargo space is a waste. I think SAS should start offering logistics companies air freight solutions. You can make money and save the earth - a win win.

In small airports, like Vigra, where there only 1 or 2 airplanes stand, have roofs like carports to prevent snow on plane. This will reduce amount of deicing fluid needed.
